摘  要:【目的】为筛选防治山药炭疽病的苯醚甲环唑与嘧菌酯混合物的最佳配方。【方法】采用菌丝生长速率法测定了苯醚甲环唑与嘧菌酯及其不同比例混合对山药炭疽病菌的毒力,并通过大田药效试验评价了其对山药炭疽病的防治效果。【结果】苯醚甲环唑与嘧菌酯质量比为1∶1.6的混合物对抑制炭疽病菌菌丝生长最明显,EC50值为2.88μg/mL,联合毒力测定增效系数为4.75;在大田药效试验中,2种药剂质量比1∶1.6混用对瑞昌山药炭疽病的防效最好,第3次药后7 d、14 d防效分别为70.56%和66.54%,均高于其他药剂处理。【结论】苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯混配对山药炭疽病的防治具有明显的增效作用。[Objective]To screen the optimal combination of mixture of difenoconazole and aoxystrobin against yam athracnose.[Method]The toxicity of difenoconazole,aoxystrobin and their mixtures at different ratios against yam athracnose fungus was determined by mycelial growth rate test.The effects of mixtures on yam athracnose were assessed through field trials.[Result]The synergistic effect of the mixture with the mass ratio of 1∶1.6 was the most obvious with the EC50 of 2.88 μg/mL and the synergistic coefficient of 4.75.Field trials demonstrated that the mixture with the mass ratio of 1∶1.6 had the most significant control effect,its control rates were 70.56% and 66.54% at 7 d and 14 d after the third spray respectively,which were higher than those of other treatments.[Conclusion]Mixtures of difenoconazole and azoxystrobin have significant synergistic effect on the prevention of yam anthracnose.
