摘 要:【目的】根系建模是虚拟水稻可视化模型中重要的组成部分,是认知以及研究水稻根系形态结构的重要方法,并为精确农业提供依据,本研究旨在构建仿真效果较好的水稻根系模型。【方法】利用水培法开展试验,测定水稻根系各类形态参数。【结果】构建了基于分形L系统的水稻根系模型,包括不定根模型、分枝根模型、旋转角度等信息。首先根据水稻根系形态特征解析出分形L系统的产生式,然后借助MATLAB软件实现了根系的形态模拟,最后根据模拟效果图进一步优化了分形L系统的产生式,提高了模型精度。【结论】构建完成的模型能够较好地模拟水稻根系的生长过程,在智慧农业发展过程中,具有一定的参考价值。[Objective]Root modeling plays an important role in the virtual rice visualization model,which is an important method for recognizing and studying the morphological and structural traits of rice root,and provides a basis for precise agriculture,this paper is aimed to construct a realistic rice root model.[Method]Experiments were conducted with a hydroponic method to measure morphological parameters of rice roots.[Result]A rice root model based on fractal L system was constructed,which contained the information of adventitious root model,branching root model and rotation angle.First,the production formula of fractal L system was abstracted according to the morphological characteristics of rice roots.Second,the MATLAB software was used to implement the simulation of root morphology.Finally,the production formula of fractal L system was further optimized according to the simulation results,thus the accuracy of this model was improved.[Conclusion]It is verified that the model could faithfully simulate the growth process of rice root,which provides reference for the development of smart agriculture.
