摘  要:通过在氯氧镁水泥中添加有机硅改性的氨基乳液,研究有机硅改性氨基乳液对氯氧镁水泥耐水性能的影响和机理。主要研究了有机硅改性氨基乳液对氯氧镁水泥的抗压强度、吸水率和软化系数的影响。试验发现未改性的氨基乳液对氯氧镁水泥的耐水性已有明显改善作用,而经有机硅改性后的效果更为明显,当有机硅改性氨基乳液的掺量为6%时,试样的7 d抗压强度为66.4 MPa,泡水7 d的强度仅较空白样下降6 MPa,软化系数为0.910,吸水率为1.96%,耐水性优于未经改性试样的最佳值;相较于空白样,其泡水7 d的强度提高了27.7%,软化系数提高了73.3%,吸水率降低了55.4%。通过红外光谱、XRD、SEM等对硅氧聚合物改性氨基乳液防水机理的研究,发现硅氧聚合物改性氨基乳液在氯氧镁水泥晶体表面形成一层疏水薄膜,提高了氯氧镁水泥的耐水性;但在一定程度上,抑制了氯氧镁水泥晶体的增长,降低了氯氧镁水泥的抗压强度。In order to study water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement,the effect and mechanism of organosilicon modified amino emulsion on water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement were studied by adding organosilicon modified amino emulsion to magnesium oxychloride cement.The compressive strength,water absorption and softening coefficient of magnesium oxychloride cement were studied.The results showed that the water resistance of magnesium oxychloride cement has been improved by the unmodified amino emulsion,but the effect is more obvious when amino emulsion is modified by organosilicon.When the content of organosilicon modified amino emulsion was 6%,7 d compressive strength of the samples were 66.4 MPa,and the strength of soaking water for 7 d only decreased by 6 MPa.The softening coefficient was 0.910 and the water absorption rate was 1.96%.Compared with the control group,the strength of the soaking water for 7 d increased by 27.7%,and the softening coefficient increased by 73.3%,the water absorption rate decreased by55.4%.Through infrared spectroscopy,XRD,SEM and other studies on the waterproof mechanism of siloxane modified amino emulsion,it was found that siloxane modified amino emulsion formed a hydrophobic film on the surface of magnesium oxychloride cement crystal,which has improved the water resistance of magnesium cement.However,to some extent,the growth of magnesium cement crystals was inhibited and the compressive strength of magnesium cement was reduced.
