新冠疫情后我国煤炭产业高质量发展的思考

摘　　要：指出,此次疫情正在对全球供应链产生巨大冲击,并向实体经济蔓延,“外需”的乏力将迫使我国经济发展结构转型,石油暴跌对煤炭产业、煤化工产业的影响不容小觑;而我国在这次疫情中为世界提供了“中国经验”和“中国智慧”,充分说明了中国制度的优势;对我国疫情后煤炭产业高质量发展进行了系统思考,提出,应加大对进口煤管控力度,加强对中长协煤炭供应合同签订和履约的监督,应进一步加强行业自律,并应利用产业政策的机遇积极融入“新基建”建设等具体建议。It is pointed out that the COVID-19 epidemic was having a huge impact on the global supply chain and it was spreading to the real economy.The weakness of external demand would force China to transform its economic development structure,and the impact of the collapse of petroleum price on the coal industry and coal chemical industry could not be underestimated.In this epidemic,China had provided the world with"China experience"and"China wisdom"that fully illustrated the advantages of China's system;the high-quality development of China's coal industry after the epidemic was systematically considered;some specific suggestions were proposed,for instance,the control of imported coal should be strengthened,and so was the supervision of the signing and performance of medium and long-term coal supply contracts,and the coal industry should further enhance the self-discipline,and take advantage of the opportunity of industrial policies to actively integrate into the construction of"new infrastructure".
