摘  要:根据葫芦素煤矿21204工作面主回风巷超长距离局部通风的需要,对局部通风系统进行了改造,采用大功率对旋局部通风机和高强度拉链式柔性阻燃风筒,并配以钢制风筒倒换器和风筒泄压装置,实现了5000 m单巷掘进直接供风。现场实测表明,单巷掘进供风距离由2770 m增至5008 m,风量和风速都降低了约38%,温度增高约2.0℃,瓦斯浓度保持为0.02%,所有指标参数均满足安全生产要求。采用超长距离局部通风的单巷掘进技术取得了显著的经济与社会效益,可在矿井所在蒙陕矿区推广应用。According to the need of super-long distance local ventilation in main return airway of 21204 working face in Hulusu Coal Mine,the local ventilation system was reformed.The application of high-power counter-rotating local ventilator and high-strength zipper flexible flame-retardant air pipe,combing with steel air pipe reverser and pressure relief device,realized direct air supply in 5000m single tunneling.Field measurementresults showed that the air supply distance increased from 2770 m to 5008 m,the air flow and wind speed decreased by about 38%,the temperature increased by about 2.0℃,and the gas concentration kept at 0.02%.All indexes met the safety production requirements.The single tunneling technology with super-long distance local ventilation had achieved remarkable economic and social benefits,which could be popularized and applied in the Mengshan mining area where Hulusu Coal Mine was located.
