摘 要:以大同烟煤为主要原料,与神木长焰煤按照质量比为100∶0、80∶20、70∶30、60∶40和50∶50进行5组试验,研究配入长焰煤对压块炭孔结构的调控作用。研究结果表明,随着配煤比例的提高,碘值和亚甲蓝值呈现先增加后减少的趋势;综合考虑活性炭产品指标及工业生产中的原料和运输成本后得出长焰煤配比30%时为最佳配比,此时活性炭碘值为1039 mg/g,亚甲蓝值为210 mg/g,强度为96.1%,活性炭孔结构表面最蓬松;随着长焰煤添加比例的增加,活性炭的比表面积和总孔容均是先减小后增加,中孔比率虽有小幅度增加,但中孔孔容绝对值反而降低;相较于以大同烟煤制得的活性炭,配入长焰煤有利于活性炭中0.640~0.694 nm范围内微孔的发育,添加长焰煤后,活性炭的2~3 nm范围内的中孔孔容有所降低。Taking Datong bituminous coal as the main raw material,according the mass ratio of Datong bituminous coal and Shenmu long flame coal respectively 100∶0,80∶20,70∶30,60∶40 and 50∶50,five groups of experiments were carried out to study the regulating effect of adding long flame coal on the pore structure of briquette activated carbon.The results showed that with the increase of blending ratio,the iodine value and methylene blue value increased first and then decreased;considering the product index of activated carbon and the cost of raw materials and transportation in industrial production,it was concluded that the best blending ratio was 30%of long flame coal,at this time,the iodine value of activated carbon was 1039 mg/g,the methylene blue value was 210 mg/g,and the strength was 96.1%,the pore structure surface of activated carbon was the most fluffy.with the increase of the blending ratio of long flame coal,the specific surface area and total pore volume of the activated carbon decreased first and then increased.Although the specific ratio of mesopore increased slightly,the absolute value of mesopore volume decreased instead.Compared with the activated carbon made from Datong coal,the blending of long flame coal was conducive to the development of micropores in the range of 0.640~0.694 nm,the pore volume of micropores of activated carbon in the range of 2~3 nm decreased after adding long flame coal.
