摘  要:针对宏阳煤矿巷道高应力区实际地质条件,在原有普通U型钢支护方案的基础上提出U型顶棚加上横梁支护、U型顶棚加上下横梁支护和U型顶棚加上横梁和两侧纵撑支护3种新的支护方案;在有限元软件FLAC3D中建立了数值模拟模型,分别模拟了原有支护方案在内的4种支护方案的巷道围岩位移分布和最大、最小主应力分布等参数,并在巷道两帮布置测点得到巷道两帮位移曲线;分析结果表明:U型顶棚加上横梁和两侧纵撑支护为最优支护方案。在该方案实施期间,矿井巷道的顶板下沉量与两帮移近量大大减小,其中,顶板最大下沉量与两帮最大移近量分别为66 mm和21 mm,围岩稳定性得到有效控制。Aiming at the actual geological conditions of roadway high stress area of Hongyang Coal Mine,on the basis of the original ordinary U-shaped steel support scheme,three new support schemes were put forward,including U-shaped cap with beam support,U-shaped cap with lower beam support and U-shaped cap with beams and double longitudinal bracing,and a numerical simulation model was established in the FLAC 3D finite element software to simulate the displacement distribution of roadway surrounding rock,maximum and minimum principal stress distribution and other parameters of four support schemes including the original support scheme,and the displacement curves of the two roadway sides were obtained by arranging measurement points on both sides of roadway.The analysis results showed that the scheme of U-shaped cap with beams and double longitudinal bracing was optimal.During the implementation of the scheme,the maximum roof convergence amount and the maximum movement amount of two roadway sides were 66 mm and 21 mm respectively,the stability of surrounding rock was effectively controlled.
