摘 要:近年来基于医学图像的纹理分析技术和以此为基础的影像组学在医学影像学领域广泛深入开展,在头颈部、胸腹及盆腔疾病的诊断、鉴别和疗效判断、预后预测等方面应用较为广泛,但在骨肌系统的应用及研究方仍对较少。该文总结了纹理分析的常用方法、参数和流程,并对骨肌系统如骨软组织肿瘤、骨质疏松及骨折、骨关节炎等疾病的研究现况进行调查,做一综述。In recent years, texture analysis and radiomics based on medical image have been widely applied in diagnosis and differential diagnosis, curative effect judgment and prognosis predictio in head, neck, chest, abdomen and pelvic diseases, but still rarely used in musculoskeletal system. This paper summarizes the common methods, parameters and processes of texture analysis, and makes a survey of the research status of musculoskeletal system disease such as bone and soft tissue tumors, osteoporosis and related fracture, osteoarthritis and other diseases.
