摘　　要：心肌纤维化是多种心血管疾病发展至终末阶段的共同病理改变。各种原因导致的冠脉微循环障碍以及由此引发的缺血、炎症、内皮间质转分化等是心肌纤维化的重要诱因。脉络学说认为各种原因所致的络脉瘀阻是心肌纤维化病变的中心环节,通络代表方药通心络胶囊可以显著改善心脏微循环,对于糖尿病、心肌梗死、心肌炎等引起的心肌纤维化具有显著抑制作用,有效改善心功能。微循环障碍同样可以引起肺纤维化、肝硬化和系统性硬化等多种疾病,通心络胶囊可能通过改善组织微循环发挥抑制肺纤维、肝硬化和系统性硬化的作用。Myocardial fibrosis is a common pathological change from the development of many cardiovascular diseases to the terminal stage.Coronary microcirculation disturbance caused by various causes,as well as the ischemia,inflammation,endothelial interstitial transdifferentiation and so on,are the important inducements of myocardial fibrosis.The Vessel-Collateral theory holds that choroid stasis caused by various causes is the central link of myocardial fibrosis.Tongluo representative prescription Tongxinluo Capsule has the protective effect of blood,blood vessels and heart,and can significantly improve coronary microcirculation.It can significantly inhibit myocardial fibrosis caused by diabetes mellitus,myocardial infarction,myocarditis and so on,and can effectively improve cardiac function.Microcirculation disorder can also cause pulmonary fibrosis cirrhosis and systemic sclerosis and other diseases.Tongxinluo Capsule may play a role in inhibiting pulmonary fiber cirrhosis and systemic sclerosis by improving tissue microcirculation.
