摘 要:目的分析血清微小RNA-223(miR-223)、CXC族趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)表达水平,探讨其与冠状动脉支架内再狭窄(ISR)的关系。方法选取我院心内科经皮冠状动脉支架植入术后12个月内复查冠状动脉造影病人210例,根据造影结果分为支架内无再狭窄组(186例)和ISR组(24例)。检测血清miR-223和CXCR4表达水平,分析血清miR-223和CXCR4表达水平与ISR发生的关系。结果ISR组高血压占比、高血糖占比、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于无再狭窄组(P<0.05)。ISR组血清miR-223和CXCR4水平高于无再狭窄组(P<0.05)。血清miR-223和CXCR4表达水平与ISR病人病变类型和长度有关(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示:血清miR-223、CXCR4水平与ISR病人血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic分析结果表明,血清miR-223、CXCR4、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及高血压、高血糖为ISR发生的危险因素。结论ISR病人血清miR-223和CXCR4高表达,是冠状动脉ISR发生的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum micro RNA-223(miR-223),CXC family chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)expressions and coronary artery in-stent restenosis.Methods Two hundred and ten patients who underwent coronary angiography within 12 months after percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into stent non restenosis group(n=186)and in-stent restenosis(ISR)group(n=24).The expressions of serum miR-223 and CXCR4 were detected,and the relationship between the expressions of serum miR-223,CXCR4 and coronary artery in-stent restenosis were analyzed.Results The proportions of patients with hypertension,hyperglycemia,total cholesterol,and low density lipoprotein cholesterin in the ISR group were higher than those in the stent non restenosis group(P<0.05).The expressions of serum miR-223 and CXCR4 in the ISR group were higher than those in the non restenosis group(P<0.05).The expressions of serum miR-223 and CXCR4 were related to the degree of lesion and length of lesion in ISR patients(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that levels of serum miR-223 and CXCR4 were positively correlated with levels of serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterin in ISR patients(P<0.05).Logistic analysis results showed that levels of serum miR-223,CXCR4,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterin,hypertension,and hyperglycemia were risk factors for ISR.Conclusion miR-223 and CXCR4 were highly expressed in ISR patients,those were risk factors for coronary in-stent restenosis.
