辽宁省对外贸易依存度长期偏低原因分析

摘　　要：辽宁省对外贸易依存度偏高问题受到较多关注,但对外贸易依存度偏低的影响因素及其原因也亟待研究。因此,立足"老工业基地"经济特征,探索辽宁省对外贸易依存度影响因素。长期以来,受国际市场拓展乏力、第二产业附加值低、国有经济比重过高和居民消费水平偏低相对偏低影响,辽宁省对外贸易依存度在低位徘徊。可通过开拓国际市场、提高第二产业附加值、重视民营经济发展和提升居民消费水平四个方面,提升辽宁省对外贸易依存度。Although high dependence on foreign trade usually attracts much attention, it is necessary to attach importance to and study influential factors/reasons causing low dependence on foreign trade. Based on the economic characteristics of the "Old Industrial Base" this paper discusses factors influencing the dependence on foreign trade in Liaoning Province, finds that factors such as weak international market development, low added value of secondary industry, overhigh proportion of state-owned economy and low consumption of residents cause the low dependence on foreign trade in Liaoning Province, and proposes that the dependence on foreign trade in Liaoning Province should be improved by developing international market, improving the added value of secondary industry,attaching much importance to non-state-owned economy, and improving the consumption of residents.
