摘 要:针对目前连续管钻井液压定向器定向耗时、精度较低,电驱动和电液驱动定向器结构复杂等问题,设计了一种连续管钻井电液双螺旋传动定向器,针对该定向器双螺旋传动机构的性能及工具面角度调整等方面进行了分析。分析结果表明:所设计的定向器以双螺旋传动的方式传递精度与扭矩,可在0°~360°范围内逆时针单方向调整工具面,每次调整后液压缸活塞和传动机构复位,准备下一次调整;两级螺旋副螺旋方向相同且外螺旋副导程大于内螺旋副导程的双螺旋传动更适合作为该定向器的传动方式;推导出了任意时刻工具面调整角度与液压缸活塞位移之间的函数关系。所得结论为定向器电液控制程序的建立奠定了理论基础,可为国内高端定向器的研制提供一定的借鉴。To address the problems of time-consuming,low accuracy of current coiled tubing drilling hydraulic orienter,and the complicated structure of electro-hydraulic drive orienter,an electro-hydraulic double helix drive orienter for coiled tubing drilling was designed.The performance and the tool face angle adjustment of the double helix drive mechanism were analyzed.The analysis results show that the designed orienter transmits precision and torque by double helix transmission mode,and the tool surface can be adjusted in counterclockwise in the range of 0°~360°.After each adjustment,the hydraulic cylinder piston and the transmission mechanism are reset to be ready for the next adjustment.The double helix drive with the same spiral direction of the two-stage spiral pair and larger outer spiral pair lead is more preferable for the transmission of orienter.The functional relationship between adjustment angle of the tool face and the hydraulic cylinder piston displacements at any time are derived.The study laid a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the electro-hydraulic control program of the orienter,which can provide references for the development of domestic high-end directional devices.
