摘 要:采用酸性溶胶法制备掺杂钇离子(Y^3+)的二氧化钛(TiO2)柱撑膨润土,并用其光催化降解甲基橙(MO).利用紫外可见分光光度法(UV-Vis)、液相色谱质谱联用(LC-MS)及紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)分析降解过程中的中间产物和催化剂,研究降解过程中化学需氧量(COD)、总有机碳(TOC)、电导率和pH值等参数的变化.结果表明,反应6 h后,溶液基本无色,降解率达99.6%;反应过程中产生甲苯磺酸、苯胺及对苯二酚等中间产物,并随着反应的进行不断降解矿化;反应结束后,溶液pH值由5.0降至4.6,电导率由82.60μS/cm增大至141.50μS/cm,上清液COD值由80.20 mg/L降至12.20 mg/L,悬浊液COD值由201.20 mg/L降至102.90 mg/L,溶液的TOC值由30.20 mg/L降至13.10 mg/L,催化剂TOC值由76.80 mg/L降至43.10 mg/L;反应过程按吸附-光催化协同机制进行.Yttrium ion(Y^3+)-doped titanium dioxide(TiO2)pillared bentonite was prepared by the acid sol method,and it was used to photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange(MO).The intermediate products and catalysts were analyzed by ultraviolet-Visible spectrophotometry(UV-Vis),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),and ultraviolet-Visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS)during the degradation process,the changes of chemical oxygen demand(COD),total organic carbon(TOC),conductivity,and pH value during degradation were studied.The results show that after 6 h of reaction,the solution is basically colorless,and degradation rate is 99.6%.During the reaction,toluenesulfonic acid,aniline,hydroquinone and other intermediate products are generated,which continue to degrade and mineralize as the reaction proceed.To the end of the reaction,the pH value of the solution decreases from 5.0 to 4.6,the conductivity increases from 82.60μS/cm to 141.50μS/cm,the COD value of the supernatant decreases from 80.20 mg/L to 12.20 mg/L,the COD value of the suspension decreases from 201.20 mg/L to 102.90 mg/L,the TOC value of the solution decreases from 30.20 mg/L to 13.10 mg/L,and the TOC value of the catalyst decreases from 76.80 mg/L to 43.10 mg/L.The reaction process is carried out according to the synergistic mechanism of adsorption-photocatalysis.
