摘  要:针对黄矿一号煤矿805工作面实际出现的上隅角瓦斯局部积聚的现象,探究了顶板周期来压对上隅角瓦斯积聚的影响规律。通过对上覆岩瓦斯运移特性的分析,以及发现每当工作面周期来压时,其高位钻孔的抽采浓度升高,上隅角瓦斯浓度会降低的客观现象,得到了顶板周期来压对上隅角积聚的影响关系。同时,提出采用一种新型的膨胀预裂放顶技术,通过使初垮后的采空区裂隙发育更加充分的方式以减弱采空区瓦斯对上隅角瓦斯浓度造成的干扰。实践表明,该技术有效降低了工作面初次来压步距,防止了工作面大面积冒顶的可能性,提高了高位钻场钻孔内的抽采浓度,可以达到降低上隅角瓦斯浓度的目的。Aiming at the problem of local gas accumulation in the upper corner of No.805 working face of Huangling No.1 mine,the influence of roof periodic weighting on gas accumulation in the upper corner was discussed.Based on the analysis of gas migration characteristics of overlying strata,it is found that during the period of periodic weighting of working face,the gas extraction concentration of the high-level borehole increases and the gas concentration in the upper corner decreases,and the influence of the roof periodic weighting on the accumulation of the upper corner was obtained.At the same time,a new expansion presplitting caving technology was proposed to reduce the influence of the gas in the goaf to the gas concentration in the upper corner by making the roof cracks develop more fully.The practice shows that the technology effectively reduces the initial weighting step distance of the working face,prevents the large area roof falling,improves the gas extraction concentration in the high-level borehole,and achieves the purpose of reducing the gas concentration in the upper corner.
