摘 要:针对桑树坪二号井综放工作面在现场实际中,相同几何尺寸、回采工艺的采煤工作面出现来压步距不同现象,为提高井下人员的工作安全,指导工作面顶板支护,开展了顶板压力作用显现规律探究。结合矿压在线监测设备,选取了矿井不同采区相同切眼长度的两个工作面,跟踪收集了不同年份3个月相近时间段的连续数据,分析顶板来压规律及影响因素。结果表明,煤层上覆岩层岩性不同,导致工作面初次来压步距及周期来压步距均出现不同,顶板硬岩厚度越厚,来压步距越大,且来压显现越明显;同时,针对来压期间顶板管理工作,提出了防范措施,为矿井安全生产提供了重要保障。In the production of the fully mechanized caving face of Sangshuping No.2 mine,there are different weighting steps in the mining face with the same geometry size and mining technology.In order to ensure the safety of underground personnel and guide the roof support of working face,the roof pressure law was explored.By selecting two working faces with the same cut length in different mining areas,the mine pressure data of three months in different years were collected by the mine pressure online monitoring system,and the roof pressure law and influencing factors were analyzed.The results show that the different lithology of the overlying strata leads to the different initial and periodic weighting steps of the working face,that is,the thicker the roof hard rock is,the larger the weighting step is,and the more intense the strata behavior.In view of the roof management during the mine pressure period,the preventive measures were put forward,which provide an important guarantee for the safety production of the mine.
