摘 要:针对多煤层、薄煤层的煤层气井,压裂工作量较大,开展了水力喷砂射孔拖动压裂技术的实践应用。从工艺流程及原理、工具组合、具体施工步骤等方面论述了水力喷砂射孔拖动压裂技术的具体应用方式,认为该技术在压裂过程中都是通过压裂层段下封封隔器与下面已压裂完成的煤层分隔,可以实现压裂施工互不影响的目的,并选取左权ZYHY-07煤层气井进行实践验证。结果表明,喷砂射孔拖动压裂技术在多煤层、薄煤层的煤层气井有很强的适用性,可以大大提高工作效率并降低施工成本。In view of the large amount of fracturing work for coalbed gas wells with multiple coal seams and thin coal seams,the practice of hydraulic sandblasting perforating drag fracturing technology was carried out.From the aspects of process flow,tool combination and construction steps,the working principle of hydraulic sandblasting perforating drag fracturing technology was discussed.In the process of fracturing,packers were installed to separate the fracturing layer from the fractured coal seam below,so that the fracturing construction will not affect each other.The practice of Zuoquan ZYHY-07 coalbed methane well shows that the sand blasting perforating drag fracturing technology has a strong applicability in coalbed methane wells with multiple coal seams and thin coal seams,which can greatly improve the working efficiency and reduce the construction cost.
