摘 要:为使供水压力恰到好处的满足生产需求,减少人力和能源浪费,大柳塔煤矿开展了井下智能供水系统设计与改造。从矿山各系统实现综合智能化自我调节的目标出发,阐述了大柳塔煤矿井下供水系统的用途和缺陷;在明确供水系统实现智能化的工作原理后,重点叙述了智能供水系统所具备的功能。大柳塔煤矿井下智能供水系统的使用,大大减少了工作量,提高了设备运行效率和使用寿命,降低了电能损耗,可及时发现漏水现象,为矿井安全生产提供了一定保障。In order to make water supply pressure meet the production demand and reduce the waste of manpower and energy,the design and transformation of underground intelligent water supply system was carried out in Daliuta coal mine.In order to realize the comprehensive intelligent self-regulation of each system in the coal mine,the current situation and problems of the underground water supply system in Daliuta coal mine were analyzed.According to the working principle of intelligent water supply system,the functions of intelligent water supply system were discussed.Through the use of underground intelligent water supply system in Daliuta coal mine,the workload was greatly reduced,the operation efficiency and service life of the equipment were improved,the loss of electric energy was reduced,the phenomenon of water leakage can be found in time,which provides a certain guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
