摘　　要：他汀类药物是3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制药,在临床上被广泛应用。目前他汀类药物被认为是治疗动脉粥样硬化最有效的药物之一,在心血管疾病一级、二级预防中具有重要作用。近年来研究发现除了抑制胆固醇合成以外,他汀类药物还具有抗炎、抗氧化、保护神经、调节免疫及细胞凋亡等多效性。该文阐述他汀类药物在非心血管领域的研究进展。Statins,as inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methyl glutaryl coenzyme A(HMG-CoA)reductase,have been widely used in clinical practice.Statins are currently considered as one of the most effective measure for the treatment of atherosclerosis and play an important role in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,studies have found that in addition to inhibiting lipid synthesis,statins also have multiple effects such as anti-inflammation,antioxidation,neuroprotection,immune regulation and inducing apoptosis.The purpose of this article is to elucidate the research progress of statins in the non-cardiovascular fields.
