摘　　要：针对快递行业分拣分配流程中存在的若干问题,运用5W1H和ECRS等IE技术,对现有的工艺程序图和工序流程程序图进行分析改善。改善后,分拣分配过程流程时间和搬运的次数减少,而且通过本次改善,提高了员工的IE认识,工作效率有所提升,人员的工作强度也有所下降。Aiming at some problems in the sorting and distribution process of express delivery industry,using 5 W1 H technology and ECRS technology,The number of times the process time and handling of the improved sorting process were reduced,and through this improvement,the employees’IE awareness was improved,the work efficiency was improved,and the work intensity of the personnel was also reduced.
