摘　　要：新常态下,我国经济发展进入高质量、中高速增长阶段,人力资本对经济发展模式的成功转型具有关键性作用,而经济持续增长又为人力资本发展提供赖以成长的高肥力土壤。认清两者之间的相互作用机理,对如何发展人力资本具有重要价值。Under the new normal,China’s economic development has entered a stage of high quality and medium-high speed growth.Human capital plays a key role in the successful transformation of the economic development model,while sustained economic growth provides fertile soil for the development of human capital.Understanding the interaction mechanism between them is of great value to how to develop human capital.
