互联网+公益性农技推广服务方式的探索与发展

摘　　要：随着互联网信息化的快速发展,农技推广服务也与互联网相结合,使服务方式向信息化和技术化转变。当前农技推广运用数字化、物联网技术和云平台等互联网技术进行服务,但公益性农技服务主体存在资金、技术不足、服务范围局限、工作效率低且缺乏监管机制等问题,服务对象存在技术鸿沟和规模局限等问题影响互联网+农技推广服务的推进;需建立技术发展机制,互联网技术人才培养机制,公益性农技推广服务组织监管机制和建立农业互联网技术示范基地等推进互联网+公益性农技推广服务方式的发展。With the rapid internet informatization development,agricultural technology extension services have been also combined with the Internet,transforming the service mode into informatization and technicalization.At present,agricultural technology extension uses internet technologies such as digitalization,internet of things technology and cloud platform to provide services.However,public welfare agricultural technology service providers have problems such as insufficient funds and technology,limited service scope,low work efficiency and lack of supervision mechanism,etc.The technical gap and limited scale of service recipients affect the promotion of agricultural technology extension services in internet plus.It is necessary to promote the development of public welfare agricultural technology extension service in internet plus by establishing a technology development mechanism,an Internet technology personnel training mechanism,an organization supervision mechanism of public welfare agricultural technology extension service and an agricultural Internet technology demonstration base.
