摘  要:基于社会发展的需要和医学对女性产后康复训练的功能要求,设计了一款两自由度的产后康复训练平台,并对其进行了运动学分析。在SolidWorks中建立两自由度并联运动平台模型,根据模型建立运动学方程并进行运动学逆解分析;结合ADAMS软件使用条件,设置装配体约束和运动函数,通过仿真得到了驱动杆运动轨迹和平台倾角数据;采用MATLAB软件进行了运动误差分析。结果表明,两自由度产后康复训练平台的仿真运动与理论分析结果相符,运动学分析与仿真能够为后续产后康复训练仪的研究提供理论依据。Based on the needs of social development and medical requirements for women’s postpartum rehabilitation training function,a two-DOF postpartum rehabilitation training platform has been designed,and its kinematic analysis has been carried out.Firstly,a two-DOF parallel motion platform model is established in SolidWorks,according to which the kinematics equation is established and the inverse kinematics solution is analyzed.Then,combined with ADAMS software,the assembly constraints and motion functions are set to simulate,and the driving rod trajectory and platform tilt angle data are obtained.Finally,the motion error analysis is carried out with MATLAB software,which verifies that the simulation results of the two-DOF postpartum rehabilitation training platform are consistent with the theoretical analysis,which can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of the postpartum rehabilitation training instrument.
