摘  要:采用正交实验方法探讨了艾草色素的最佳提取工艺,并分析了添加不同媒染剂时所上染的真丝织物的性能。结果表明:艾草色素的最优提取工艺为pH值等于7,温度为85℃,时间为2 h;染色后的真丝织物偏黄绿光,耐摩擦牢度均大于3级,耐皂洗牢度均大于4级,符合织物服用牢度要求;染色后真丝织物的UPF值均大于40,UVA均小于5%,具有良好的防紫外线能力。The orthogonal test with water as solvent was used to explore the optimal extraction process of wormwood pigment,and the performance of silk fabric dyed with different mordants was analyzed.The experimental results are as follows:the optimal process for extracting wormwood pigment is realized when pH is 7,the temperature is 85℃,and the time is 2 h;The dyed silk fabric is yellowish green,the rubbing fastness is greater than 3,and the soaping fastness is greater than 4,meeting the fabric fastness requirements;The UPF value of the dyed silk fabrics is greater than 40,and the UVA is less than 5%,which has good UV protection.
