摘　　要：中小型海水淡化机具有结构紧凑,移动方便等特点,能满足船用、海岛等场合的用水需求。其需要通过调节多个阀门的开闭来实现产水和清洗两种模式的切换,因此其管路复杂,阀门分散,操作困难等问题也给使用带来了诸多不便。本研究针对海水淡化装置优化中所遇到的这些问题,通过分析不同阀门的结构特点和开闭过程,提出了一种新型的一体化六通阀,使海水淡化装置向小型化、集成化更近一步,为中小型海水淡化机系列化产品定型提供技术支撑。The small and medium-sized seawater desalination machine has the characteristics of compact structure and convenient movement,and can meet the water demand of ships and islands.It needs to adjust the opening and closing of multiple valves to realize the switching between water production and cleaning.Therefore,its complicated piping,scattered valves,and difficult operations also bring a lot of inconvenience to the use.This study aims at these problems encountered in the optimization of seawater desalination devices.By analyzing the structural characteristics and opening and closing processes of different valves,a new type of integrated six-way valve is proposed to make the seawater desalination device more compact and integrated.And it provides technical support for the shaping of the serialized products of small and medium-sized seawater desalination machines.
