摘　　要：一系列双创政策催生着我国互联网创业的热潮,涌现出一批互联网经济强市。基于1992~2017年杭州新增互联网企业数据,对其空间格局和相关区位影响因素的探究发现:互联网企业在杭州主城区高度集聚,时空演化特征表现为初始阶段向市中心集聚,快速增长阶段随机向外扩散,调整发展阶段向郊区集聚。作为创新要素,高校和大企业对互联网企业的区位选择作用关键,但浙江大学与阿里巴巴所在地拥有更强的区位优势,名企名校对杭州互联网企业的区位选择更具空间吸引力。地方内部的集聚要素、交通要素、政策要素对杭州互联网企业的区位选择依旧有显著影响。Encouraged by a series of policies in China, internet entrepreneurship is developing rapidly and a number of cites with strong internet economies have emerged. Based on the internet start-ups data in Hangzhou from 1992 to 2017,this study shows the spatial patterns and location influencing mechanisms of Hangzhou internet start-ups. The study concludes as follows: The spatial distribution of internet enterprises in Hangzhou is extremely unbalanced and the internet start-ups are highly gathered in the district of downtown. The development course of internet enterprises in Hangzhou can be divided into three periods. In the initial development phase, the internet start-ups are highly agglomerated in the centre of city. In the rapid growth phase, the distribution of start-ups tends to present as outward random diffusion. In the adjustment-growth phase, there is an agglomeration in rural areas. Universities and large enterprises, as innovative factors, play an important role in the location selection of Hangzhou internet enterprises. But Zhejiang University and Alibaba show a stronger geographic spatial agglomeration for new start-ups. In addition, the location factors in terms of agglomeration elements, traffic accessibility and policy factor have a great effect on the spatial choice of internet enterprises.
