摘  要:研究了熔炼用耐火材料Al2O3、ZrO2、MgO和CaO对真空碳脱氧的GCr18Mo轴承钢洁净度的影响。结果表明:采用Al2O3、ZrO2和CaO耐火材料熔炼时,随着真空度的提高和冶炼时间的延长,钢的总氧含量至少从100μg/g分别降低到了12.8、8.4和6.6μg/g,且夹杂物的数量减少、尺寸减小。采用MgO在50和100 Pa压力下熔炼的钢,随着真空度的提高和冶炼时间的延长,其氧含量以及夹杂物的数量减少、尺寸减小;但在10 Pa压力下熔炼时,MgO大量分解,导致钢液氧含量提高,最高达132μg/g,钢中夹杂物的数量和尺寸随冶炼时间的增加先减少后增加。Effects of refractories such as Al2O3,ZrO2,MgO and CaO used in melting on cleanliness of vacuum carbon deoxidized GCr18Mo bearing steel were investigated.The results showed that when Al2O3,ZrO2 and CaO were used in melting,with the increase of vacuum degree and the extension of smelting time,total oxygen content in the steel decreased from 100μg/g to at least 12.8μg/g,8.4μg/g and 6.6μg/g respectively,and number and size of inclusions also decreased.When MgO was used in melting under the pressure of 50 Pa or 100 Pa,with the increase of vacuum degree and the extension of smelting time,oxygen content,number and size of inclusions in the steel all decreased.However,a large amount of MgO decomposed during smelting under the pressure of 10 Pa,thus resulting in increase of oxygen content in the molten steel up to 132μg/g,and number and size of inclusions in the steel decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of smelting time.
