摘 要:针对某钢厂生产的09CrCuSb钢连铸坯角部裂纹严重的现象,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对裂纹试样进行观察,对其产生原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的预防措施。结果表明:09CrCuSb钢连铸坯角部裂纹主要是由于二冷区冷却水量控制不当引起的。通过优化比水量,从原来的0.48 L/kg降低至0.44 L/kg,使矫直区连铸坯角部温度从原来的764~790℃提高至782~810℃,从而在一定程度上降低了连铸坯角部产生裂纹的概率。Mechanism of formation of the serious corner cracks in the continuous casting billet of 09CrCuSb steel in a steel plant was analyzed by using the optical microscope and the scanning electron microscope,and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.The results showed that the corner cracks of 09CrCuSb steel billet were mainly caused by the inappropriate control of water volume in the secondary cooling zone.By reducing the the specific water volume from original 0.48 L/kg to 0.44 L/kg,thereby increasing the corner temperature of the continuous casting billet from 764℃-790℃to 782℃-810℃in straightening zone,thus reducing the probability of the continuous casting billet corner cracking to a certain extent.
