摘 要:选用煤基管状炭膜作为电控离子交换膜电极,利用双电层-电控离子交换机制分离稀溶液中Pb^2+,考察了操作方式(静态、动态)、膜电极电位、Pb^2+初始浓度和共存阳离子对Pb^2+电控分离性能的影响。实验结果表明:炭膜作为石墨化多孔炭材料,具有良好的电活性;在负电位条件下,利用炭膜电极表面与离子形成的双电层效应和含氧官能团的络合作用共同实现了Pb^2+的高效分离;在动态渗透过程中,吸附电位为-5 V时,渗透液中始终未检测到Pb^2+;在多种阳离子共存溶液中,炭膜对Pb^2+仍然保持100%的去除率;此外,炭膜在5次吸脱附循环后,去除率仍可达96%,表现出良好的再生性能及循环稳定性。In this study,the coal-based tubular carbon membrane was selected as the electrode of electrically switched ion exchange,and Pb^2+in dilute solution was separated by electric double layer and electrically switched ion exchange mechanism.At the same time,the electrically switched separation performance of Pb^2+was investigated under different operating mode(static and dynamic),electrode potential,initial concentration of Pb^2+and coexisting cations.The results show that carbon membrane,as a graphitized porous carbon material,exhibited excellent electroactivity.The efficient separation of Pb^2+was achieved by the electric double layer effect of carbon membrane electrode surface and ions and the complexation of oxygen-containing functional groups under negative potential.When dynamic permeability condition was applied Pb^2+could not be detected in the receiver cell all the time under-5 V potential.Even in the coexistant cation solution,the removal efficiency of Pb^2+maintained approximately 100%.In addition,after five times of adsorption and desorption cycle,carbon membrane still had 96%removal efficiency,showing good regeneration performance and stability.
