摘  要:研究感性工学设计理论应用于微型电动汽车前脸造型设计的方法,并结合模糊评价法设计出一款满足青年女性感性需求的微型电动汽车。从青年女性感性需求的角度出发,以微型电动汽车为实际案例进行设计研究。首先收集并筛选感性词汇和微型电动汽车造型样本图片,将筛选后的样本图片依照不同风格再进行分类提炼。然后,运用SD方案结合李克特7点量表,建立语义意象空间并挑选造型设计要素。通过感性意向度调查将意向与设计要素相结合,设计出两款方案。最后运用模糊综合评价法对2个设计方案进行评分,得到一款最符合青年女性感性需求的方案。感性工学与模糊评价法相结合有助于提升消费者对微型电动汽车造型设计的满意度,同时为微型电动汽车前脸造型设计及评价提供参考。The method was developed for applying Kansei engineering theories to the design of the front face of miniature electric vehicles,and combined with the Fuzzy Evaluation Method in order to design a miniature electric vehicle which meets the expectations of young women for attractiveness.From the perspective of young females for attractiveness miniature electric vehicles were designed.First,Kansei vocabularies and miniature electric vehicle model pictures were collected and filtered,and the selected model pictures were further divided into different style categories.Afterwards,schematic design and Likert Scale 7 were adopted to build up semantic image space and select key features of the design.The key design features were integrated into the model after an intentions of sensibility survey,and two models were designed.Finally,the Fuzzy Evaluation Method was used to assess the two design models in order to settle on the one that meets better the demands of young women for attractiveness.Combining Kansei engineering and the Fuzzy Evaluation Method is beneficial to improving consumers’satisfaction rate with mini EV designs,as well as providing reference for the design and assessment of miniature electric vehicle’s front face designs.
