摘　　要：创新创业教育本质上是高校培养面向社会服务性要求人才的一种动态体现。为保证创新创业教育质量,基于江西省高校实地调查数据,确定地方高校科技创新服务功能的主要影响因素及其相互间的相关性。以时间序列多元回归分析为主要手段,探讨地方高校科技创新服务功能与创新创业教育资源特征的线性关系,同时运用有序Probit模型解读创新创业教育背景下可能影响地方高校科技创新服务功能的指数因子,并对模型进行数据分析及验证,以期为促进地方高校科技创新服务功能提升提供理论支撑。最后,对地方高校创新创业教育与科技创新服务功能之间的关系进行深入论述,给出相关结论及政策分析。The essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education is a dynamic reflection of the social service-oriented requirements of talent cultivation in colleges.In order to ensure the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the main influencing factors and the correlation between them are determined based on the field survey data of several local universities in Jiangxi province.This paper probes into the linear relationship between the service function of science and technology innovation and the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources in local colleges and universities by means of time series multiple regression analysis.Meanwhile,it interprets the exponential factors that may affect the service function of science and technology innovation in local colleges and universities under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education by using the ordered Probit model.The results of data analysis and verification of the model can provide theoretical support for the development of science and technology innovation services in local universities.Finally,the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and service function of scientific and technological innovation in local universities is discussed in depth,and the relevant conclusions and empirical analysis are given.
