摘　　要：小结临床药师参与1例危重症患者抗感染治疗及药学监护实践,针对病情进行药物调整,优化临床治疗方案,监测药物相互作用,无明显不良反应,患者感染得到有效控制后转出重症监护室,临床药师抗感染治疗的药学监护实践发挥了重要作用。The pharmaceutical care experience of participation in the anti-infection treatment of one severe patient performed by clinical pharmacists was summarized. According to the progress of the severe patient’s condition,clinical pharmacist adjusted drug therapy to optimize the therapeutic schedule,and monitored the drug interactions. The severe patient’s infection was effectively controlled and recovered gradually,who was transferred to general ward without obvious adverse reactions. Pharmaceutical care performed by clinical pharmacists played an important role in the severe patient’s recovery.
