摘  要:目的:优选人参提取工艺,为生脉分散片的研究奠定基础。方法:以人参总皂苷、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)、CRITIC法、AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定权重,结合均匀试验结果优选提取工艺的最佳参数。结果:最佳提取工艺为12倍85%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论:AHP-CRITIC混合加权法真实客观,优化得到的最佳提取工艺重复性好,简单可行。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of ginseng to lay foundation for the research of Shengmai dispersible tablets.Methods:The contents of total ginsenoside,ginsenoside Rg--1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb--1,and the yield of extract were used as the evaluation indices.The weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)and AHP-CRITIC combined with weighting,and the parameters of the extraction technology were optimized by uniform test.Results:The optimal extraction technology was 12 times of 85%ethanol and refluxed for twice with 2 h for each time.Conclusion:AHP-CRITIC combined with weighting method is objective and reproducible,indicating that the optimal extraction technology is reasonable,stable and feasible.
