摘 要:在教学方法的创新过程中,人的主观因素必须得到足够重视。为了在教学过程中充分发挥师生的主观能动性,将以完成交际任务为教学目标的任务型教学法应用于课堂,以疫情影响下的高校英语网课教学为例,基于人因视角进行任务型教学法的模式创新,并借鉴PDCA管理方法对其教学效果不断提升。在明确任务型教学法的理论基础及框架后,结合问卷调查结果,对其应用的必要性和可操作性展开分析,并通过具体的应用范例进行教学效果分析。结果表明,任务型教学法激发了学习者的学习兴趣,提升了获得参与感和体验感,形成以学生为主体的教学模式和方法的创新;而借鉴人因功效学的研究方法,通过明确学生的主观特点和需求分析,可以较好地发挥师生的主观能动性,进而提高师生的综合素质。In the process of teaching method innovation,human subjective factors must be paid enough attention.In order to give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers and students in the teaching process,a task-based teaching method with the goal of accomplishing communicative tasks is applied to the classroom.Taking the online English teaching of colleges and universities under the influence of the epidemic as an example,the task-based teaching method is based on human factors.The innovation of the teaching method model,and the use of PDCA management methods to continuously improve its teaching effect.After clarifying the theoretical basis and framework of the task-based teaching method,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,it analyzes the necessity and operability of its application,and analyzes the teaching effect through specific application examples.The results show that the task-based teaching method stimulates the learning interest of learners,enhances the sense of participation and experience,and forms the innovation of student-centered teaching models and methods;while drawing on the research methods of human factors ergonomics,Subjective characteristics and needs analysis,can give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers and students,thereby improving the comprehensive quality of teachers and students.
