摘　　要：马克思恩格斯的精神文明观是建立在科学世界观和方法论基础之上的,其主要内容包括:文明是标志物质生产和精神生产进步的范畴、精神文明的发展取决于物质文明的发展程度、“个人的自由和全面发展”是精神文明建设的最高理想等基本内容。立足基本内容可以发现,马克思恩格斯的精神文明观体现了人民主体性、历史继承性、相对独立性等本质特征。发掘马克思恩格斯的精神文明观,为新时代精神文明建设奠定坚实理论基础、为新时代推进和谐社会构建厚植思想根基、为新时代促进个人全面发展提供实践指引。Marx and Engels’s view of spiritual civilization is based on the scientific worldview and methodology.Its main contents include:civilization is a category that marks the progress of material production and spiritual production,the development of spiritual civilization depends on the development of material civilization,“Freedom and all-round development”is the basic content of the highest ideal of spiritual civilization.Based on the basic content,it can be found that Marx and Engels’s view of spiritual civilization embodies the essential characteristics of people’s subjectivity,historical inheritance,and relative independence.Discover Marx and Engels’s view of spiritual civilization,lay a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of spiritual civilization in the new era,provide spiritual guidance for the personal development of the new era,and provide the ideological foundation for the comprehensive construction of a harmonious society in the new era.
