不同处方配比及提取工艺对银柴退热汤解热镇痛抗菌抗炎作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察不同处方配比(金银花:柴胡分别为1∶1、2∶1、1∶2)及不同提取工艺(水煎煮法、双提法)对银柴退热汤解热、镇痛、抗菌、抗炎作用的影响。方法:考察银柴退热汤供试品1-6对金黄色葡萄球菌活性、干酵母致大鼠发热模型、鸡蛋清致大鼠足肿胀模型及醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的影响。结果:各实验中供试品1~6组与模型组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同处方配比、不同提取工艺的银柴退热汤流浸膏均有一定的抗菌、解热、抗炎、镇痛作用,金银花:柴胡配比为1∶1、提取工艺为双提法时,其抗菌、解热、抗炎、镇痛作用更明显。结论:不同提取工艺对药理作用影响更大,为后期的工艺研究提供理论依据。Objective:To investigate the influences of Jiashi Yinchai Tuire Tang of different prescription ratios(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos:Radix Bupleuri=1∶1,2∶1,1∶2)and different extraction methods(water boiling,steam distillation+water boiling)on the antipyretic,analgesic,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Methods:Antibacterial effect of Jiashi Yinchai Tuire Tang was observed using Staphylococcus aureus as the test bacteria;its antipyretic effect was observed through SD rats fever model induced by dry yeast;its anti-inflammatory effect was observed using SD rat foot swelling model induced by egg white,and its analgesic effect was observed through using KM mice writhing model induced by acetic acid. Results:Jiashi Yinchai Tuire Tang extracts with different prescription ratios and different extraction processes all have certain antibacterial,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. When Lonicerae Japonicae Flos:Radix Bupleuri was 1∶1 and the extraction process was steam distillation +water boiling,the antibacterial,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects were more obvious. Conclusion:Extraction method has greater influence on pharmacological effects than prescription ratio. This provides theoretical basis for later process research.
