摘 要:项目为5层钢筋混凝土框架结构,所在场地位于黄土高原,原始地貌高差较大,平整场地采用压实填土,填土厚度在0~22.5m,填土极不均匀,而且中间填土薄,两侧填土厚。在设计中设置2道沉降缝将土层差异较大的区块分开,基础采用灌注桩保证承载力和变形要求,地面设架空层防止填土的后期沉降对地面的影响。The project is a 5-storey reinforced concrete frame structure. The site is located in the Loess Plateau. The original landform has a large height difference. The compacted fill is used for leveling the site. The thickness of the fill is 0~22.5 m. The fill is very uneven, and the middle fill is thin, and both sides are thick. In the design, two settlement joints are set to separate the blocks with large soil layer differences. The foundation adopts cast-in-place piles to ensure the bearing capacity and deformation requirements. The ground is set with an overhead layer to prevent the impact of the later settlement of the fill on the ground.
