摘 要:本文主要针对当前人防工程设计体系不完善,不同专业图集在同一受力墙体中,使用性质的相同、介质管道规格完全相同预埋穿墙管,其图集存在着较大差异的现状下,重点结合"一带一路"哈萨克斯坦项目的设计、施工经验,深度研究探讨相关设计、施工验收规范及相关图集,首次提出以建筑学为导向模型,按墙体应用类型分类,进行机电管线预埋穿墙管进行设计的观点,统一了给排水专业、采暖通风专业和电气设备专业的设计理念及施工做法,纠正现有施工图集不妥之处,包括定义错误、相互矛盾以及违背设计、施工验收规范之处,为今后修订国家标准,施工图集提供相关依据。This article mainly aims at the current situation of big differences in construction specifications due to imperfect design system of civil air defense works and different professional specifications in the same load-bearing wall using the embedded pipes with common properties and medium pipe specifications. It focuses on the design and construction experience of Kazakhstan project in the Belt and Road Initiative and intensively studies and analyzes the relevant design, construction acceptance specifications. For the first time, it puts forward a theory based on the architecture-oriented model to classify the electrical and mechanical embedded pipes through the wall tube according to the type of wall application, which integrates the major design concepts and construction practices of water supply and drainage, heating ventilation and electrical equipment.
