宁夏不同地区稻米品质的差异性分析

摘　　要：对宁夏6个县(市、区)大面积种植的15个水稻品种进行稻米品质性状检测分析,研究不同地区稻米品质的差异。结果表明,优质米达标率的地区排序依次是青铜峡市>利通区>灵武市、贺兰县、中宁县>平罗县,各县(市、区)之间的差异达到了显著水平;影响优质米达标率的主要品质性状为整精米率、垩白度、垩白粒率等;不同种植地点对水稻品种生产稻谷的垩白度、垩白粒率和整精米率影响较大,对食味品质的影响差异不显著,并且品种在地点间的稳定性表现不一致。Based on the test and analysis of rice quality characters among 15 different varieties which are planted in large areas throughout 6 counties(city,district)of Ningxia,the differences of rice quality were studied in this paper.The results showed that the order of the compliance rate of high-quality rice was Qingtongxia City>Litong District>Lingwu City,Helan County,Zhongning County>Pingluo County.The differences among the counties(city,district)reached the significant level.Second,the main quality characters which influencing the compliance rate of high-quality rice were head rice rate,chalkiness degree,chalky rice rate and so on.Third,the planted areas had a great influence on the head rice rate,chalkiness degree and chalky rice rate among the different rice varieties,but had no significant influence on taste.The stabilities of the different rice varieties were inconsistent throughout different planted areas.
