摘  要:通过对一高层剪力墙住宅楼墙体开洞进行安全分析,得出剪力墙开洞后,墙肢轴压比、墙体抗震承载力等指标均有不同程度变化。结合分析结论,给出对原截断钢筋采用帮条焊接,并采用微膨胀混凝土进行浇筑的加固方案,加固后的整体抗震性能不低于开洞前抗震性能,结构分析过程及加固方案可供同类工程参考。Through the safety analysis of the wall opening of a high-rise residential building with shear wall,it is concluded that the axial compression ratio of the wall and the seismic bearing capacity of the wall vary with the opening of shear wall. Combining with the analysis conclusion,the paper gives the strengthening scheme of welding the original cut-off steel bar with the help bar and pouring with the micro-expansion concrete. The process of structural analysis and the reinforcement scheme can be used as a reference for similar projects.
