摘　　要：首先介绍了上海某出版集团物流中心库存管理现状;然后分析该中心库存管理中存在的问题及产生问题的原因;最后针对该中心库存管理存在的问题提出解决对策与建议。This paper first introduced the current situation of inventory management in the logistics center of a publishing group in Shanghai,then analyzed the problems existing therein and their causes,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to deal with these problems.
