摘　　要：在当今土地资源短缺,停车位资源难以达到最优化利用的情况下,一方面我们要开发空间资源,另一方面要充分利用已有资源解决城市停车问题。该文通过调查分析某既有居住区实际情况,引出两条思路:立体停车库建设的概念;基于"互联网信息共享"的泊车概念。前者是针对现有空间利用不充分提出的整改方案,后者是针对车位资源不能达到最大化利用提出的优化方案。研究表明,这两个概念在实践中可以大幅度提高车位的数量及其利用率。Nowadays,there is a shortage of land resources,and it is difficult to achieve optimal utilization of parking space resources.Therefore,on one hand,we need to develop space resources,on the other hand,we need to make full use of existing resources to solve the parking problem in city.Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual situation of an existing residential area,two concepts are introduced:the concept of stereo garage construction and the concept of parking based on"Internet information sharing".The former is a rectification plan for the inadequate use of existing space,while the latter is an optimization plan for the insufficient use of parking space resources.The research shows that the two concepts can greatly improve the number and utilization of parking space.
