摘 要:随着建筑市场经济的日益发展,业主在保证工程质量的前提下,对工程进度的要求越来越高,施工企业在竞争激烈的市场想要立于不败之地,想要质量、进度并行,就必须实行技术创新。长期以来,建筑施工中砌体结构施工到窗台压顶部位采用传统的现浇后砌的施工方法,但现浇后砌方法会严重影响工期,且工序众多,从而影响到整个工程的施工进度。该文介绍了现场定型模具提前加工预制块的工艺原理、流程、技术要点和质量控制,通过对窗台压顶施工的研究发现,窗台压顶施工是砌筑工程的关键工序,直接关系到后序工作的介入。With the increasing development of the construction market economy, the owner has increasing stricter requirements on the progress of the project under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project. The construction enterprises have to make technological innovation in order to compete with their rivals, ensure quality and facilitate progress. For a long time, in the construction of the masonry structure to the top of the window sill, the traditional post-casting construction method is adopted for window coping. However, the post-casting method seriously affects the construction period with quite a few procedures, thereby delaying the construction progress of the entire project. This paper introduces the construction principle, process, key technical points and quality control of pre-processed pre-fabricated onsite shaping molds. Through research on the window coping construction, it is found that the window coping construction is a key process in masonry engineering,which is directly related to the subsequent work intervention.
