摘 要:目的:探讨简化三步洗手法对卫生手消毒效果的影响,以进一步简化临床手卫生工作的流程。方法:将32例医学生分为两组,各16例,两组均使用洁芙柔免洗速干手消毒液,手消毒前后分别进行手部菌落采样。试验组采用简化三步洗手法搓揉10s;对照组采用六步洗手法搓揉15s。结果:卫生手消毒前后菌落数两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三步洗手法进行卫生手消毒可有效清除手部细菌,并能达到卫生手消毒效果的要求,可作为一种简化临床手卫生消毒工作流程的方法。Objective:To explore the effect of simplified three-step handwashing on sanitary hand disinfection,so as to further simplify the process of clinical hand hygiene.Methods:32 medical students were divided into two groups,16 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Jifro disinfectant gel,and hand bacterial colony sampling was carried out before and after hand disinfection.The experimental group was rubbed with simplified three-step handwashing for 10 s;the control group was rubbed with six-step handwashing for 15 s.Results:There were no significant differences in bacterial colony count between the two groups before and after hand disinfection(P>0.05).Conclusion:Simplified three-step handwashing can effectively remove the hand bacteria and meet the requirements of sanitary hand disinfection.It can be used as a method to simplify the process of clinical hand hygiene.
