摘  要:针对鲁西换流站云南侧近区严重故障导致柔性直流阀控系统单套停运事件,通过分析保护动作情况,对比鲁西换流站在投运前开展的控制保护系统功能性能试验(DPT/FPT)结果,指出鲁西背靠背柔性直流保护系统的采样误差和阀控系统测量通道阶跃响应性能均不满足实际运行情况,为此提出了调整采样误差及保护参数设置、增加换流站投运前DPT/FPT试验项目等建议。本文研究结果对柔性直流输电的设计和运行维护具有参考价值。Aimed at studying the serious short-line faults at the Yunnan side of Luxi converter station,which caused the outage of a single set of VSC-HVDC valve control system,the protection actions are analyzed,and the results of the control and protection system functional performance test(DPT/FPT) before the operation of Luxi converter station are compared.It is pointed out that both the sampling errors of the protection system and the step response performances of the measurement channel of the valve control system in Luxi back-to-back VSC-HVDC failed to meet the actual operating conditions.So suggestions including adjusting the sampling error and protection parameter settings,and increasing the DPT/FPT test items before the operation of the converter station and so on are proposed.The research findings of this paper can serve as a reference for the design,operation and maintenance of VSC-HVDC transmission system.
