摘 要:为了提高瓷柱型电气设备的运行可靠性,针对一起因低烈度地震导致变压器瓷外套高压套管发生移位的缺陷,结合变压器高压套管结构及地震烈度区域特点,对套管抗震性能进行了分析,得出变压器瓷外套高压套管抗震能力不满足要求是造成此次缺陷的主要原因。最后,提出了相关的处理措施和建议。In order to improve the operational reliability of the porcelain column type electrical equipment,and aimed at studying a defect caused by the displacement of the transformer high-voltage bushing due to a low-intensity earthquake,the earthquake resistant performance of the bushing is analyzed based on the structure of the transformer high-voltage bushing and the characteristics of the earthquake intensity in the region.It is concluded that the main reason of the defect is that the earthquake resistant capability of the high voltage bushing of the transformer porcelain housing is not satisfactory.Finally,corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed.
