摘 要:为了加强对火电厂环保监管以及提升环保设施运行的稳定性、可靠性,设计了火电厂环保远程技术监督平台。本文给出了该平台的构建思路,主要介绍了该平台设计的大气污染物监测、排污许可监督、环保技术监督、环保电价管理、环保税管理、设备故障分析等6大功能模块,并列举了部分应用实例。经验证,该平台有助于深化火电厂、电网及政府等部门的沟通机制,提高了环保技术监督工作效率以及环保技术监督服务水平。In order to strengthen the environmental protection supervision of thermal power plants and enhance the stability and reliability of the operation of environmental protection facilities,a remote technical supervision platform for environmental protection of thermal power plants is designed.The idea of constructing the platform is given in this paper,the six major functional modules are mainly introduced,including the atmospheric pollutant monitoring,the pollution discharge permit supervision,the environmental protection technical supervision,the environmental protection electricity price management,the environmental protection tax management,and the equipment failure analysis.And some application examples are listed.It has been verified that the platform is helpful to deepen the communication mechanism among thermal power plants,power grids and government departments,which improves the efficiency of environmental protection technical supervision and the level of environmental protection technical supervision services.
