药物熏洗配合中医闭合手法复位小夹板固定治疗踝部骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨药物熏洗配合中医闭合手法复位小夹板固定治疗踝部骨折的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月收治的踝部骨折患者60例,在双盲分组法下将其分为治疗组(n=30)和参照组(n=30),参照组患者行中医闭合手法复位小夹板固定治疗,治疗组患者实施药物熏洗配合中医闭合手法复位小夹板固定治疗,比较两组患者踝关节评分、中医证候积分、治疗优良率及复位率。结果治疗组患者在行走、疼痛、稳定等踝关节评分均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,两组患者在治疗30、60d中医证候积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗优良率为90.00%,参照组患者治疗优良率为66.67%,治疗组明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组骨折复位率为86.67%,参照组骨折复位率为83.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论药物熏洗配合中医闭合手法复位小夹板固定治疗踝部骨折的治疗效果更理想,临床应用价值也更高。Objective To investigate the effects of medicine fumigation and washing combined with closed reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and small splint fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with ankle fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the reference group(n=30)using the double-blind grouping method.The patients in the reference group were treated with closed reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and small splint fixation,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with medicine fumigation and washing combined with closed reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and small splint fixation.The ankle joint score,TCM syndrome score,excellent therapy rate,and reduction rate of different groups were compared and analyzed.Results The ankle joint scores in walking,pain and stability of patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients between the 30th and 60th days of treatment(P<0.05);The excellent therapy rate of patients was 90.00%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the reference group,which was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the reference group(P<0.05);The fracture reduction rate of patients was 86.67%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the reference group,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Medicine fumigation and washing combined with closed reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and small splint fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures is more ideal for the therapeutic effect,and the clinical application value is higher.
