三部推拿法在颈性眩晕患者中的康复治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析三部推拿法在颈性眩晕患者中的康复治疗效果。方法选取2015年6月~2018年6月在笔者医院就诊的68例颈性眩晕患者,随机分为观察组34例和对照组34例。对照组患者实施常规推拿,观察组患者实施三部推拿法,两组患者的推拿频率皆为1次/d,连续治疗14d。疗程结束后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后眩晕程度和眩晕持续时间的差异。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后眩晕程度与眩晕持续时间评分皆明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者眩晕程度与眩晕持续时间评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三部推拿法能够显著减轻颈性眩晕患者的眩晕程度,缩短眩晕持续时间,具有更高的康复治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the rehabilitation treatment effect of three parts massage in patients with cervical vertigo.Methods 68 patients with cervical vertigo who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The patients in the control group were given conventional massage,and those in the observation group were given three parts massage.The frequency of massage in both groups was 1 time/day for 14 days.After the treatment course,the clinical efficacy,the degree and duration of vertigo before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree and duration of vertigo after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The degree and duration of vertigo in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three parts massage can significantly reduce the degree and shorten the duration of vertigo in patients with cervical vertigo,and shows better rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
