低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗抗磷脂抗体引起的复发性流产的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对抗磷脂抗体引起的复发性流产患者实施低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗后的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的抗磷脂抗体引起的复发性流产患者72例为研究对象,收治时间为2018年3月~2019年3月,依据患者治疗方式将其分为对照组(n=36)和研究组(n=36)。研究组患者采用低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗有效率和两组患者并发症的发生率以及两组患者治疗后激素水平。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率(97.2%)高于对照组(80.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后并发症发生率(5.6%)低于对照组(22.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后激素水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对抗磷脂抗体引起的复发性流产患者采用低分子肝素联合阿司匹林治疗后,提高患者的治疗有效率,降低患者的并发症发生率,改善患者的激素水平,值得我院大力推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by antiphospholipid antibodies.Methods 72 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by antiphospholipid antibodies admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and study group(n=36)according to their treatment.Patients in the study group were treated with low molecular weight heparin and aspirin,and patients in the control group were treated with aspirin.The treatment efficiency of the two groups,incidence of complications and hormone levels after treatment of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(97.2%)was higher than that in the control group(80.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication after treatment in the study group(5.6%)was lower than that in the control group(22.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hormone level after treatment of patients in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by antiphospholipid antibodies can increase the effective rate of treatment,reduce incidence of complications and improve hormone level of patients,which is worthy of vigorous promotion in our hospital.
