摘　　要：目的探讨助产士参与产前门诊对产妇分娩认知行为的改善作用。方法选取我院产科门诊在2017年9月~2018年5月收取的360例产检产妇资料随机分为研究组和对照组,两组均为180例,研究组采用助产士参与产前门诊的模式,对照组采用门诊常规产检及宣教,比较两组分娩结局、分娩知识问卷评分及心理状态。结果研究组于新生儿体重、分娩知识问卷评分、心理状态及分娩结局方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组纯母乳喂养率90.00%明显高于对照组的82.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士参与产前门诊可改善产妇分娩认知行为,降低剖宫产率,改善产后心理状态,值得推广。Objective To explore the improvement of midwifery participation in prenatal clinics on maternal cognitive behavior of delivery Methods The data from 360 maternity women undergoing obstetric examination in obstetric clinic of our hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 180 cases in each group.The study group adopted the model of midwifery participation in prenatal clinics,while the control group adopted outpatient conventional obstetric examination and education.The delivery outcomes,childbirth knowledge questionnaire scores and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results The study group was superior to the control group in terms of neonatal weight,childbirth knowledge questionnaire score,psychological state and delivery outcome,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwifery participation in prenatal clinic can improve maternal cognitive behavior of delivery,reduce cesarean section rate,and improve postpartum psychological state,which is worth promoting.
